If you are thinking about becoming pregnant or looking for more mindful nutrition option during pregnancy, I am here for you. I can create custom meal plans, shopping lists or just supply you with resources in your exciting new journey to motherhood.

 Leaving the comfort of the birth center or hospital, where you were surrounded by caregivers, can feel overwhelming. I can free you up to spend time with your new baby and family, so you can get some much-needed rest. Services included are but not limited to; shopping/errands, postpartum meals, emotional support, breastfeeding support, specialty shopping, baby basics, care & activities for siblings, laundry/light housekeeping, pet care, and mom & dad alone time.

 As a mom myself I understand the need and want to have home-cooked, nourishing, delicious food when you have a newborn baby and especially when you are breast-feeding. I provide meals for your family, specifically tailored with your family’s tastes, preferences and dietary needs in mind, delivered straight to your door. All food is made from scratch with all-natural, fresh ingredients and prepared with love. I pride myself in getting to know you and your family and making sure everyone is well.
